I'll be voting No on any agreement that will take away any terms and conditions ,that should never be on the table,and the pointless seasonal hours in my opinion is a non starter,how can anyone vote for royal mail to bank your money and earn interest off it and then work you to death next summer trying to get you to complete,pay is negotiable the rest is not.VOTE NO !!!! . one last thing they cant withhold your pay for more than 12 weeks by law without you agreeing to it so as long as we vote NO seasonal working is a non starter and the CWU lawyers should be all over this.
