The culture and behavior that the CWU want implemented from RM will take weeks even if RM actually agree to change it. There does not appear to be a plan B or any timeframe put on anything. How is the CWU going to monitor the situation? Also as there is no RM CEO who is pulling the strings? This is now a right dog's breakfast. It could drag on for months and it wouldn't surprise me if RM withdrew the deal and just carried on the way they are.

I don’t think there will be any stalemate. RM are going to just push in all these changes regardless and will have more validity for them now, as they can claim they have to be done to save us all from administration as the big bad CWU won’t agree to the changes needed to save money. The CWU are just making themselves look stupid now. Let us all vote.

I agree it’s getting farcical now. Part of me thinks it’s a stalling tactic so the ballot runs out before the vote. Either way it’s not a good look for both sides.
