We do have great terms and conditions, try and convince someone whose employer pays in 3% into their Pension that we don't.
Many workers don't get paid meal reliefs and shop workers have to cash up in their own time after their shift has finished.

You do have to be organised though, especially if you are a driver and all that goes with it. I’d agree with that. I’d say you need competent levels of common sense rather than a certain skill.
