I think most people know that there is nothing to their advantage in one of the worst deals I have ever seen a union agree with an employer.
The majority in my office is for No.
I cannot, for the life of me, see it being any different at any other D.O.

Processing haven't really got a clue what has been going on in delivery. They just forward it all to us.
They haven't got a clue the real impact this deal is going to make on delivery.

The mail centre votes could be a knife in the ribs for delivery staff.
Like we supported them during the mail centre rationalisation a few years back?
And anyway there are so few of them that numerically they can't influence anything.
With us in MCs and RDCs combined being outnumbered by at least 3:1. With the number of staff who've retired over the last few years with hardly any of them being replaced, it could even be 4:1 that we're outnumbered.
tbf is it worth any of us in MCs and RDCs even bothering to vote? Unless the vote is really close, our votes will effectively won't be worth the paper that they're printed on

Why does it matter when it was how many times does it have to be said. Delivery outnumber processing an distribution by at least 3-1 so if all the forecasts on here from delivery people are right it will be a massive NO vote. let us all wait an see.
