Maybe I had a ‘rogue’ ACAS rep :Very Happy

Not to worry, the time has passed to open a new claim. I haven’t done a single minute overtime since and never will. Yes I’d have preferred the money I was owed in my back pocket but I got even in my own way thanks to management not monitoring indoor breaks.
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

ACAS and the Tribunals service are two completely separate entities.

Royal Mail rely on people being too lazy or stupid to file claims.

Do not help them.

If a case is going to settle in an employment tribunal, it will settle on the door of the court i.e. on the morning of the tribunal hearing. This is standard for employment lawyer tactics and is general practice. Never blink first. You just need to be aware of the unwritten rules of the game.

I agree that in the collective action, the CWU should have obtained a judgment and not negotiated an agreement. The issues were as dry as ditchwater, purely technical and effected everyone. It is another reason (along with all the strike/ ballot issues) why the CWU needs a change of guard or a massive kick up the rear.

(THIS IS AN OPINION PIECE AND NOT A STATEMENT OF FACT)

Weightmans, who aid and abet RM in stealing and retaining stolen funds, will use every trick in the book and are perfectly happy to waste as much of your time as possible. They get paid for all the time they waste, we don't.

I have first hand experience of this and of what would appear to be collusion between the courts and RM solicitors; at the very least there is a considerable bias in play.

None of this should come as a surprise but when it is as flagrant as this it does.
