I don't trust RM to not ram through loads of changes whether it's a yes or a no vote, and I can't see them taking any notice of the union when they do
This is exactly what I feel. A yes vote gives them a green light to go even further with their EA and at a pace. With a castrated , weak union unable to prevent it.
I refuse to simply give in and meekly accept this deal. If it happens anyway, I least I can say it wasn't with my endorsement or consent.

A no vote is a fighting chance.

To begin with, it's not bending over and accepting punishment. There is no chance when your pants are down.

By not giving in and fighting on you literally and figuratively have a fighting chance. A small but possible chance of returning the outcome you want. :arrrghhh

There is absolutely no way you can say it isn't and hold any credibility in this debate.

Nobody cares that you pair are voting yes. You constantly question every ones motive/reasons . You can't accept their reasons so you continually harass them hoping to bully them into a yes vote. Stop crying like a spoilt child.

I'm definitely voting no, in our office revisions are being pushed through they're now trialing 3walks being delivered by 2 postie's (any parcels that won't fit through a letterbox are left in the office) presumably these will be delivered later on by afternoon staff/agency

We should start a new poll asking those who vote no if they are leaving the union? As they are dismissing the deal they recommend it makes sense they would.

With the poll the same i would suggest a massive NO VOTE is coming ,thats if the corrupted CWU let us vote on it,i reckon they will stall, duck and dive and try anything to get out of it as not to highlight their complete failure, but its too late we already know this. Let us vote then they can resign and we can move on and fight for what we truly deserve.
