Re: letter prepping
This usually happens with double slots as you’re unable to see the numbers on the letters once they’ve been put in the slot. It is annoying on delivery though.

Re: letter prepping
Sadly common sense ain't that common in RM. Even the fact that the delivery prep SOP states that smaller items should be prepped in front and the larger at the back, doesn't encourage anyone to see sense and make life just that little bit easierpieoftheday wrote: ↑17 May 2023, 09:41
If single slots then it's small items to the front to make it easy to see them, common sense

Re: letter prepping
Sometimes a larger item may have a barcode that needs scanned.
If you put it at the back the barcode may be missed.

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Not if you turn the small letter at the front as a reminder.clashcityrocker wrote: ↑17 May 2023, 15:34Sometimes a larger item may have a barcode that needs scanned.

Re: letter prepping
Small to large, with barcode items first regardless of size.
