Later start times & extra lump sum

Are these new Start & finish times for every delivery office & the mythical extra lump sum as promised & eluded too by Dave Ward before ballot ever going to come.
Is this the reason the ballot keeps getting put back so Dave isnt seen to be failing in his promise

They announced at the Birmingham reps meeting that they had the times, why have they not released them? What do they have to hide?

Our office recently switched to bigger rounds and separate packet carts...

Yesterday we were told all mail to be left unless it wasn't cleared the day before and only big packets to be done which some say hadn't been done for 3 days!

Management are absolutely clueless doing specials and collections on stuff that's miles away from your original delivery meant we have never achieved so little in day.

Exactly the managers don't know how to manage the increased workload with fewer staff,they've been thrown under the bus too,its just a shame they take it out on us instead of having the balls to stand up to their boss.

Yes the workload is too much now, which will be stressful for most, trying to explain everyday to the managers that you do not have the time to complete everything. The sickness will go up, the more you have to do, will lead to more knees, hips, feet, back, shoulder and of course stress problems. I would imagine that most posties enjoyed this job before, but would now jump at the chance of a redundcy package. This I think will be one of the main reasons that a no vote could end up as the result of the vote.

Yup more leavers and redundancy.. all part of the plan.

More new starters on the gig contracts, making it easier to align it all into one contract as the balance gradually tips.

Probably it's a case of if they were to stand up to their boss, they'd probably just get replaced

Managers never say it, but they want us all to stay out a complete even if that means we are walking for an extra hour or two each day....

why would we do that for them....they harass us now and then, so there's no chance I'd stay out to help make their job even easier, whilst they go home before me.

Managers should go out and do overtime on delivery for the wage we get.... but of course they'd laugh at the idea.
