It's a wonderful idea not ,customer got a special yesterday 1st delivery and I know they are away so had to redeliver today 2nd day, at the rate It's going they will have more 739s than we have

The biggest issue for me is the knock on effect this has to your work load if you don’t get ride of everything first time as the next day you have the auto redelivery items and that day’s parcels to then the next day you could have the customer ask for the item to be redelivered again meaning you have took the same parcel out 3 timed

We are bringing back multiple loops because of this,not that im complaining

Would use the stickers but we don't have hardly any.Managers dishing them out half a dozen at a time.

Anyone that asks our managers about this are told to keep redelivering until you get them in, it's not to get given to the callers

Day 2: lapsing becomes impossible.
Day 3: auto-redelivery process stops working properly on the PDA.
Day 4: loops are coming back.
Day 7: out of new P739 cards.
Day 10: leaving a whole frame in.

And we haven't even had this year's revision.

My wife has her medication delivered via online pharmacy they ship via SD.

Yesterday they were carded with the box for redelivery today (Sat) ticked... We were at work yesterday.

Today we were washing up in the kitchen and came out to find the package on the hall floor... Checked online and looks like postie has signed.

I had a redelivery request today so said to the customer I was glad I'd finally delivered her parcel on the 3rd attempt. her reply was that I'll have same problem every time as she works Monday to Friday and there's no safe place as it's a terraced house. I jokingly suggested that she only orders parcels in future late in the week in the hope they'll be delivered at the weekend!

Why didn't you explain about inflight requests so she could get her parcels delivered when she is in?
