Why does it matter what branch recommends surely individual members make their own minds up how to vote.

Regardless of the vote outcome the effort involved everyday to clear duties is phenomenal. If a business that requires this amount of physical exertion and claims to make a loss each day then what is the point. The packets and mail are mountainous how is this sustainable. We are dead in the water whatever happens. It may as well be brought down as I fail to see how any money can be made if this shed load of work every single day makes no money.

That's what I thought and it's a no from me due to being forced to work longer in the months when it's more likely to be freezing pissing down and dark, plus as far as sick leave goes I'm fortunate enough to have had hardly any except for a COVID absence and a minor injury in the last about 8 years, however I'm really against losing our decent sick policy because RM management are incapable of addressing the issue of piss takers and opt for their usual approach of punishing everyone.

Exactly im on my knees everyday now and if we have to work this hard while making a loss what really is the point,i wish they just take it out of my hands now and make me redundant,a couple posties broke in our office this week now on long term sick,im looking at us now as those mistreated donkeys you see on the adverts,i wonder if we could start a new charity ,the postie sanctuary.

It is ridiculous. Sod that though don't want charity. But if we have to work this hard for nothing but a loss then there is no hope in a yes vote. Sick and ill health reductions can't possibly turn a business like this around. Bollocks to them bring this down. I for one can't work any harder. I'm genuine when I say I'm no slacker.
