Horrendous amount of parcels

Crazy amounts the last couple of days. And yet the manager claims it's not busy and questioning us not clearing. He got his arse kicked from higher up about the failures in our office as they claim it's not that busy and we should be clear

What they forget is that we have 2 days mail already in the frame plus all the parcels for redelivery

Anyone else got redeliveries showing up as 1st time attempts on the PDA? I thought perhaps we had screwed something up due to, you know, the total lack of training. Then I remembered all the previous botched updates.

I am getting that too. At first I thought the lazy ****** who did the job the day before hadn't scanned them, but then it happened the day after on a different delivery, and I was still getting green marks instead of red when there was already a sticker on the parcel.

Interesting that it is happening elsewhere too.
