Understandably everyone's focus is on the deal and the forthcoming vote, so the subject of Daniel Kretinsky has been forgotten a bit.
A 'no' vote would spiral the share price down again. What's the guessing he will buy the shares he needs then and he will have the green light for the take over?

So any vote will effect the price of the holding we are here of the restitution and continuation of our rights not the f***ing share price and who owns them!

Re: Daniel Kretinsky
Thing with DK is that nobody really knows what he wants: when he got a controlling majority share of PostNL/TNT they stopped selling things off... All that was said by his spokesman is he is interested in the "final mile" of delivery, as most courier companies only focus on the infrastructure between hubs and not on how to get the items to the end user.

Re: Daniel Kretinsky
If only the posties started buying lots more shares….then no one could take over. All future dividends would go to said posties as well as the 20%. Just a thought and not advice may I add.
