It was bound to happen

Well some of our best blokes have left one way or another. 45 minutes extra delivery added to our duties and hey guess what?
There’s no one to do the DPRs unless We want to

Someone mentioned in a recent thread that the local parcel hub system goes live in June. When that happens I'm guessing that we will no longer have any inward large setups or if we do the only selections will be for the hubs. I don't know if any large in the sleeves will get forwarded on to the hubs or if they'll go out in the sleeves to the DOs

Wouldn't mind 45 min extra - most pairs got lumbered with around 450-500 extra houses, no point killing yourself to try and complete. The DPR are done with a few of our blokes and rest from agency - and they're failing gloriously, days behind now. Some decent long serving staff have flown the nest, just sick of it all. Get back to 2 years pay off and we can all leave the sinking ship.
