Mostly a load of garbage trying to sell this awful deal. Hinted at more money being thrown at us in the lump sum before the ballot, pretty cynical move to get more yes votes I won’t be falling for that one and I pray most other people see through that too.
Most interesting bit was Ward seemed to concede that Saturdays may need to be dropped from the USO which is the first time ever I’ve seen a union official admit that.
Boring stuff overall though.

Just before Christmas Dave was calling to Lynch the Board now it appears he is sat having Tea and Biscuits with them.

What about the Reps that were sacked?
The new Recruits on different terms?
The VR with extra £6000 ( Now not Honored)
Our aging workforce with 30 year plus service with work related Health conditions will now get bugger all IHR!
Sick Pay Decimated!

And Dave thinks this a Good Agreement!

Really disappointing.

We know the £600 million profit could have helped turn RM around but the board decided to chose otherwise.
Now they are attacking our terms which Dave want us to agree with.

The changes of our sick policy is a massive, we are an aging workforce, throw in the risk of Covid Endemic and
anyone can be off sick twice a year with a virus, that's on top of multi skeletal health problems.

Look at how lucky we are, look at what the company has given up, same old brainwashing rubbish. All i want is to be able to complete the duties without feeling shattered every single day (not by loads of ot) and get a half decent wage. Need a better worklife balance so im not rushing 24/7 to recover on a sunday - only to start all over again on the monday. Losing the will to live these days,
