June the new hubs switch on, all the larger parcels revert to later times in the dedicated parcels offices

I'm assuming that our large Tracked/large normal setups will vanish with the stuff going to the hubs. Any large in the sleeves will go to DOs

at some stage and the union did not believe it should have start in June because we want to carry out a pilot to see if it works and also for it to work the uso and quality of service needs to be restored.

How are RM going to ensure the USO and quality of service are going to be restored?

Unless they actually address the brutal revisions they have imposed and (god forbid) put duties back in, the only way either of the above are restored will be having the USO reduced and quality of service lowered

Its been the plan all along, make the walks far too long, June the new hubs switch on, all the larger parcels revert to later times in the dedicated parcels offices, reduce the indoor time by 30 mins and now everyone on delivery has a 5-6 hour delivery just doing mail. Cant fill the back shift/LAT duties in the hubs with our own staff so need to get agency/owner drivers....

It's the local hubs based in select DOs that go live in June. It's going to be interesting to see what happens when we get in a sleeve an item that should have gone via a hub and we send it to the DO that it's proper to by address

I was also on the call today and did not see it the way you did and have been to unit reps this morning and going to anther this afternoon and another different one tomorrow morning I think sometimes on here and social media you can get into a bubble.

The majority of our members do not go anywhere near social media in discussions over work.
