Management disregarding Optima Health recommendations
If you have a condition that falls under the equality act 2010 and Optima Health advise Royal Mail to facilitate changes to accomodate someones condition (deemed disabled under the act) and it is totally ignored, what would be the next port of call so to speak. Union are on it but I have a feeling I would have to pursue this myself.

Re: Management disregarding Optima Health recommendations
Your first step must be to put a Grievance in.
Ask why OH has not been acted upon as a written record can be used in evidence if you decide to go further.
See how your Union Rep has progressed with your case.
If nothing is done, you could put a case into ACAS, but they are pretty much useless!
However you will get a case number which can be used to goto an Employment Court under the grounds of constructive dismissal.
What you MUST do is gain as much evidence as possible.
