At least you lot in deliveries have got much better long term job security. For us in MCs the way it's going most of our jobs are eventually going to get automated out of existence and the rest probably replaced with casuals/agency

You could always join us get a nice wee transfer in get a non waterproof storm jacket and hit the streets for 13 mile stroll everyday..

Seems like whoever you work for those at the top want to give their staff,no matter how loyal theyve been and how much theyve helped the company get there,a pathetic unaffordable way of living with s**t conditions.rm is no different.as long as the ceo gets his undeserved bonus.vote no and bring them all down.
