Accountability.

So the company is in dire straights as it has thrown all its money away in dividends and bonuses, this was self-inflicted by those in charge.

They did this for selfish reasons which were not in the best interests of the company.

Whatever else happens the people who have made this decision have to answer for this crime.
Its hardly a crime ffs.

They were literally 5 months away from being finished in RM ( ppl remember RM Served 12 month notice Last October I think to not recognised them and have past agreements voided). Negotiated from a very weak position after it went past Christmas and now come what April and am not surprised how bad the deal it is.

We vote NO. Wardy starts begging. Thommo says right, into admin the letters go. Royal Mail : we ARE your soldiers, ready to battle for our rights. Already cutting the number of troops - dont management ever learn ? Renationalise NOW ! Just a game being played with the cwu turning against us now.
It’s not within his gift as to whether to go into administration, it’s the government that decide. I can’t see them allowing it though.
As for anyone who thinks that a potential change of government next year or so , changes matters ,then they are sorely deluded, there is no taxpayers money left to compensate shareholders.

They are gone either way. There is no agreement in place. They will bring everything in they want without one.

There will be no future battles. The Royal Mail will never yield again.
Probably. And none of them look like they have done a duty/walk recently. In fact their doctors would probably recommend it for weight loss. Do you need to be of a certain weight to reach the dizzy heights in the cwu. As blackadder would say of fat torys. :wave :wave
