I hope that top brass are considering a plan B, they would be foolish not to be.

What does it say should a No vote be delivered. ?

We the Union Executive do not support our membership .

'Future battles'? Is this a Lions rise again thing again? again, do Lions actually rise?
Lots of 'again's' a bit like the 'shoulds'.

Grammer in this post!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The more I hear, the more I am disappointed in the union! Admit it’s an awful deal and renegotiate! NO VOTE TO WEAKEN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS!

lets face it cwu in cohoots with royal mail here, they could get a ballot out tomorrow if they wanted but no lets string out the ballot another 2 months, they know a massive no vote is coming then they will string it out more months of humming and hehawing so more people leave and the company, pay us peanuts while the dispute sagers on and on and on, it suits them, cwu got what they wanted out the deal all their perks, while the people their supposed to represent get shafted big time

Mick Lynch was asked on the news a months or 2 back,...''why haven't you put this offer to your members to vote on? let them decide if its good enough?'' he replied ..''it HAS been put to the members,...they rejected it''!! that was in the space of about a week or so. why can't our lot be THAT efficient? the RMT make our hierarchy look like rank amateurs.

We vote NO. Wardy starts begging. Thommo says right, into admin the letters go. Royal Mail : we ARE your soldiers, ready to battle for our rights. Already cutting the number of troops - dont management ever learn ? Renationalise NOW ! Just a game being played with the cwu turning against us now.

You pretty much got nothing left to really bargain with after this. All you can do is just stand there scratching your head whilst they steamroll through you next time round cuz they won't even entertain you if you go on strikes after this.
