I don' use the app, I don't use my PAYG credit to save rm money, when I tried to download it on my tablet it stated, it wasn't suitable for my device.

You don't need to download the app, just use the web version on any pc or tablet:

Connect your phone to your home wifi to save your credit.

I can understand people not liking change, but the app is an easy option to access all your pay slips, download and email them if you need them for mortgages etc, and mine are viewable by Tuesday night.

Can't understand why, it works fine for me I've been using the app for a while but just logged in via the website and still working fine.

Have you tried installing the app on your phone?

Sounds like from the link posted above you’ve registered with my Royal Mail site and not the app

Had to email to get help. Managed to download and get it working, but have to admit it is a bit fiddly. Not sure I'd used it much apart from checking wages.

I use the app occasionally

It is a bit clunky and if i want to see my payslip have to enter a passcode thingy again - annoying
