Who is going to pay them a bonus? Which reps?
Why don't you engage your brain before posting?

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
Seems to be a lot of anger & tension between some posties & life long work colleagues in our office, since the agreement was announced, two ended up squaring up to each other in a pub car park yesterday afternoon

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
Our rep has told the area rep that he's told us all to vote no because it's been "a shambles from start to finish." However this week I've been paired with 2 people who genuinely have no idea what the "deal" entails, in the words of the guy I was with today (postie of 29 years) "I just do what the union tell me to. They tell me to strike, I strike. They tell me to vote yes or no and I do. That's why I pay them, to read the crap for me"

Were those the two who arranged to have a straightener in a field one Sunday morning?
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
I know we are all angry but let the process run its course. Everyday that passes the union hopes people will calm down and think about it logically.
Dont know if it will help their cause as no matter how much makeup you put on this deal it still looks the same..... a Pig of a deal.
To many things wrong with it in my eyes to consider but its your own call and i reckon most sane folk can see through it. Coming on here getting upset doesnt really do any good for you.
Sit down have a good hard look at whats on offer and decide what suits you. Its that simple.

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
I think the vast majority deep down knew it wasn't going to be a good deal. But this deal is way beyond dreadful. To concede so much ground on every aspect of our t&c is eyewatering. I am very angry with the union banging all their drums then bending over and getting royal maily roasted from both ends. Anyone with any dignity can only vote one way. NO NO NO
