Re: BALLOT PAPERS
I'll add to that don't bother sending the area rep round to tell us it's the best they could get, it would be wasting his time.

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
Agreed, don't waste our time by holding out with the ballot papers. We need to see what the next step is ASAP, this farce is going to continue for long enough as things stand now, we don't need wasted weeks of pressure from the union too

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
Majority of my office have no idea what the deal entails, I’ve tried my best to inform them but this kind of apathy makes me feel a yes vote is imminent.CRIBMAD wrote: ↑25 Apr 2023, 16:1990% of my office are voting NO !dazzler123 wrote: ↑25 Apr 2023, 15:53Have any offices had a discussion about this deal, ballot? Re: BALLOT PAPERS
People have a right to be angry. If the agreement makes you angry then that is a decent indication to vote no. Or if the thought of going back on strike twists your nipples, then vote yes.
Anger after all is thought to be a secondary emotion. The underlying issue that has caused it doesn't want to be ignored.

Re: BALLOT PAPERS
I don't know why you post such absolute garbage.
Who is going to pay them a bonus? Which reps?
Why don't you engage your brain before posting?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
