Paper pay slips finishing next month

Got told today the paper pay slips are finishing next month. All going digital. We have download that Royal Mail app if we want see our payslips.

If this is actually true then what the dom probably meant to say was something like RM want to move everyone over to paperless pay slips, however if you still want to receive paper copies you can opt out.

That's the script where my wife works (although they get theirs emailed to them)

I think most people would be happy not to receive a paper payslip, but the option should still be open for those who would prefer to still receive one

A paper payslip can be very handy concerning banks etc in confirming pay, address etc when applying for loans, mortgages and the like

The app gives you the option of going paperless but theres no mention of being forced to

Nope no more paper pay slips like the dom manager said. Only option to see ur pay slips is to get the app.

I don’t have the app. I am an old fashion dinosaur. I preferred paper pay slips too. Why fix it if ain’t broke.

I will only get app if it’s confirmed that they are stopping paper pay slips

Yep we all got told this morning. It's going digital with no option to have paper. App on your phone or via a laptop/desktop.

I looked it up and the summary is that the law says you must have a payslip but...it doesn't have to be paper.
