Spoke to an area rep today, who can’t recommend it and will be voting no. I know this is just 1 person but this person would usually be trying to promote the deal. I hope the CWU don’t embarrass themselves by trying to get this deal through. Renegotiate or resign!

I’ll be voting NO but I think it will be a very close call. As unpalatable as the offer is,a lot of posties ate absolutely fed up to the back teeth with the uncertainty & want closure to it all. Many more have got at least an idea of some sort of exit plan & don’t intend to be at RM by the time the later start/finish times are introduced,next year.

I know of three long’ish serving posties from my depot that have new employment lined up. None of them really want to leave but with this toxic situation seemingly getting worse than better it wouldn’t surprise me if their minds are now made up!

I just cannot understand why they agreed all the unecessary stuff that completely shafts us.

I mean, if RM are in fincancial trouble then we can't expect much movement on big ticket stuff like pay.

But they could have stood firm on stuff that is nothing but workforce bullying like PDA performance monitoring, absence review procedure, flex, etc etc.
