Normally it’s a small change or a couple of alterations but this time is an all out demolition job.

I guess people will just have to either adjust or look elsewhere. The CWU has stopped fighting. The later finishes are coming. The minimum wage is ever nearer.

This is why some people are happy enough to take it as far as they can. And i can sort of see why, may as well just burn the house down its not worth saving for the future, i dont think it would ever really get to this but if i was younger i would be all for it. Dont get this its currently £13.31 ( inc del supp) p/h and will be £14.60 by 2025 ( if a yes vote), Lets not forget we arent putting ourselfs in halms way like an amry private or PC nor are we saving lives like a nurse or junior doc, we work hard but really its just pushing some paper through a door or handing a parcel over.

I'm not skilled in anything,applied for a porters hospital job been in the job 25 years less brutal on the body and inside nice and warm and I'm 58

Yet again 2yr another flippant dig at our job. "Just pushing paper through a door" if you are a postie you know its a lot more than that or we wouldnt be complaining and we would have accepted the deal already. Proper piece of work you are, glad i am fighting for your terms and conditions for you!!
