Re: Vote no !
It does not concern you and your not having to do this change accepted by both sides but we cannot wage war on two fronts and tell the world to f**k off but some on here seem to think they can get a better deal. Well let's see that deal then?

VOTE NO!!
Yes young man, by doing this you can loose your job when the company collapses, then loose your house when you cant afford the mortgage but at least you wont have any bills to worry about!
You can eat scraps of food given to you by strangers, but dont worry your kids and wife will be fine because they will leave you and go and live with an adult who has a job!

Re: Vote no !
Thankfully, I don’t get to vote. But if I did I’d probably go for YES but only because I have Never believed Royal Mail would budge that much from the beginning.2yearpostie wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 15:44VOTE NO!!

Re: Vote no !
Management room. The union have recommended you vote YES. The union you all went on strike for, remember? The people who disagreed with the union were once outcast. Now they seem to be the majority.
Yet anyone who has a different opinion to you is a manager…..
Anyway, vote what you want. I think voting YES is not a great option but voting NO only delays the inevitable. They ain’t budging and the union have collapsed like origami.

Re: Vote no !
The pay side I can live with even the pish lump sum but add in the horrendous change to sick pay and the summer ,winter s**t plus what happens next year possibly working to 5 on a Saturday. It's a no from me has to be
The cwu trying to sell this as a decent deal is outrageous imo very disappointed especially after all the unachievable revisions they helped put in.id rather talk about changing uso than this crap.

The USO is the governments business they make the laws of the land and sometimes bad laws like the USO which was set up under NEW LABOUR with Tony Blair in 2007 ish. Thing is nothing will change till the government is changed these people are a law unto themselves sorry for pissing you all off but it is the truth!

Re: Vote no !
Nothing has been agreed your management team or a rep has sold you all down the river thing is this deal has not been voted on yet nor have the ballot papers gone out. Unionism is solidarity strength through unity and fraternity nothing on here will waver my sprit in that cause of justice and fairness for all but you cannot not expect everyone else to fight your battles. Standing up for yourself goes a long way in work and in life!

A yes or a no vote will not make any difference, rm have made their decision and the union have no where to go after accepting the deal,bigal383 wrote: ↑22 Apr 2023, 13:17Left Royal Mail 3 months ago I’ve seen the deal

Re: Vote no !
Accepting the deal is a recommendation and as such I would say don't like the deal but if anyone can get a better deal willing to recommend it as long as Royal Mail are on board with it!
