I don’t get it the CWU said no too 10,000 but how many have left or going by next month in the last year?.

Plenty left on ihr in my office a fair few in the queue for it the Scrabble if this deal goes through to make the August deadline will be a bloodbath I seriously hope the union gets these folks in the process out the door with 34 weeks.
I've got another 10ish years left so what will be will be for me but folks I've worked with for years I want them to get out with the best they can get.

34 weeks and pilon for each year of service 13 years and any leave accrued while on the mend or ill. No longer fit to do the job is the main one need to see your doctor first and be on the sick long term.
