Stamps have just increased by 15%, and we all get a 10% pay increase over 3 years, working longer in the cold winter months and shorter in the summer even though the office since covid has never really been cleared.
I know every agreement is not going to be perfect but this one stinks.

Wtf am I reading? 18 days of strike action. A year indispute for this piece of garbage! We have lost to much to now sell our selves short. For the first time in 20 years it's a massive no from me!!!!

All the ot I've worked in a year and basic pay owed around 3k while others who don't work ot get the same!!!!fffsss

Not choosing the 1500 was a mistake. I can see them losing a lot of votes with the £500 lump sum.

So IHR has gone down to 16 weeks from 34 and 12 weeks PILON is that right, how can they get away with that.

The £1500 made it look almost bearable, 6% now with £350 after tax followed by 2% next year when everything is still expensive just looks awful on paper.
