Even though I am no Michael Douglas and flattered, this unwanted sexual attraction and stalking Cedar- Room has for me, it is now borderline pathological obsession.

Might I suggest you seek professional counselling or even a cold shower to curtail those pent-up frustrations? Will do you a world of good?
Oh that’s cute, you think I’m in love with you? :left:

Sorry Filthy Len/Keith - I remember your profile pic from when you were causing chaos & spouting nonsense all over the RM groups on Facebook, definitely NOT my type :left:

Good banter though - keep it up :left:
You are ruining a valid thread please stop this childish bullying and harassment. It is not welcome and is dangerous for the forum. Is your vendetta more important than getting information out to people and having an adult conversation?
Wow. Bullying & harassment. Are you sure? Yeah,I’ll leave it now it’s just a shame you aren’t as quick to take the anti union trolls on here into account…
This isn’t a union forum. It is absolutely fine to be critical of the CWU, especially if you are paying your subs.
I absolutely agree.

I have no problem with people not being in the union or disagreeing with the CWU’s actions or the way it’s run. Staunch union man that I am,I will be the first to admit they have made mistakes over the years…however,my issue is Red Len is not a postman, yet he is portraying himself to be one just to stir up aggro on here & I decided I wanted to take the p*** out of him a bit, hardly crime of the century? It has been pointed out to me via PM that he pulled a similar sort of stunt on Facebook on one of the RM groups & was subsequently banned,I presume permanently. I recall him from those days & the posting style is exactly the same. Cause a commotion but then cry foul the minute anyone responds in a way he doesn’t like. Add to this the multiple accounts & the fact he’s on here 24/7 & it strikes me as someone with some sort of personality disorder.

Anyway,we move on. TBT does a fantastic job on here. I’ve been posting on the forum for approaching two decades & this is the first time I’ve had my hand slapped. Do I think he’s made the right call? No. Will I respect his decision? Of course.

Keith & his accounts will be blocked, hopefully he does the same to me & we can all live happily ever after :chuckle

Why do you keep on calling me Keith?

Why do you continue trying to bully other people with your narcissistic personality disorder just to satisfy your own ego?

You need to grow up and stop behaving like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum

The site team continues to slap your wrists, yet you treat them with contempt with your nefarious agenda

Why should most members of this forum put up with your personal rants with hijacking threads?

You are going on ignore,I politely suggest you do the same to me

It’s an internet forum for grown ups to talk about postal work - a job that you have pretended to preform, but actually don’t

You have attempted to cause chaos on here for months by undermining the CWU & various other bits & pieces including creating multiple accounts, yet the minute you are given a taste of your own medicine (non-abusive) you resort to verbal abuse & pretend to care about your (non-existent) colleagues & their MH issues

Your last post has been reported for name calling. I’ll leave you to your own little fantasy world but my work is done. We see you. We know who you are. I’ll bid you good day, :wave :wave :wave
bravo i am with you all the way !

Yes. Outlined in red. You changed his name to put him down just because he has a different opinion than you.

Now I am a strong Union supporter having helped people on stages, raise complaints and helped them understand agreements. I have also been on most picket lines and have NEVER broken a strike. Yet people like you who change names and stalk people on an online forum just because they have the temerity to disagree with you, embarrass me.

If you want a forum that only allows Union people to post then please start one. If you continue to post on here then disagreeing with people is fine, just don't start anything that looks like bullying or harassment.

Also, I don't target either side, all I ask is people show respect, allow people to disagree and pick holes in their argument. Every time a pro-union member resorts to name calling it detracts from their point and reflects badly on the Union. I am frankly sick of this site being called Far Left and its members being called Union Thugs by the right-wing press, and its behaviour like yours in this thread that they use to get people against us.

He isn’t a postman though. He pretends to be one & has set out to cause uncertainty to other members on here by telling half truths & causing mischief. That appears to sit right with you and I find that odd. As for B+H,I am offended by this! I took the Mickey out of a few of his posts & I think you have gone totally overboard with your (very public) reaction & tbh I thought better of you.

We can either leave this here or you can deactivate my account. Up to you. I won’t be wasting my time by commenting any further

Has he admitted to this or is it just another one of those lines of attacks people have on here for daring to have a different opinion to you? See also being labelled a manager. This is the most contentious time I can remember in my twenty odd years in this job - it is natural that there are going to be conflicting opinions, especially with the economic reality we are facing, both personally, and as a company.

Anyway back on topic ..
UK inflation has smashed expectations to stick in the double digits, in a sign that the cost of living crisis is still gripping families and businesses across the country, prompting markets to bet the Bank of England will hike interest rates to five per cent.
https://www.cityam.com/uk-inflation-sma ... -in-march/

Any pay deal is going to have to be more than the paltry 6% they proposed for 2023.

There's no way I'm voting for anything that means a real terms pay cut.

He didn’t change his name, he was making a point about the user being suspected to have multiple accounts, one of which uses that word within it.

You’ve gone in two footed here, probably because of your sensitivity over what’s being said in the press.

The issue for most here is they see a few people getting involved in every topic for no reason other than to troll and get a reaction whilst yourself and fellow moderators permit it as “discussion” presumably because there are no personal insults used.
The problem with that though is the forum of which you’re proud to be a part of ends up having almost every discussion peppered with nonsensical and quite obvious baiting.

Perhaps you could use your time to moderate and keep on top of that.
You permit EX-EMPLOYEES to come on and tell people how they have their heads in the sand and everything is so much better in “the real world”
In the middle of an extremely serious industrial dispute.

Come on ffs.

What happens if enough people vote NO?
What do the CWU do then? Carry on negotiations? Strike?
Or will Royal Mail just force through the deal?

Redlen directed the term "union thugs" to a member earlier in the thread.
But that was deemed OK?
So not just the right wing press.
This thread should have been closed down days ago but it's been left to fester.
