I’ve had very similar, left a parcel in a tiny garden - one of those small yards with fake grass, yard measured about 10 feet square! The only item of garden furniture was a small white storage box and a bench. Left it in the box and left a P739 clearly stating ‘in white box in garden.’ Complaint comes in. Bloke at a house I was delivering to opened the door & had a go at me once because the person he'd sent a Special to from his local post office a few days earlier hadn't got it yet, and why couldn't I make enquires for him?!

Didn’t leave in safe place complaint. PDA stated leave at safe place… neighbour at No.10 etc etc… Address was approx 3 miles away

739’d and next day hauled into the office so I asked for the work place coach to sit in. The Dom had to concede I hadn’t done anything wrong but then tried to pick on me for few days after. Usual RM practice when you win an argument
