Had a good 1 not long ago… left a track in a garden storage box.. picture and 739 safe place location posted and off on my merry way.. next morning complaint saying customer hasn’t got it.. gave them a chap to see what was up.. guy comes storming up behind his wife ‘we haven’t got it where is it’ says in your garden storage box.. ‘that’s not ours’… asked politely as possible if they box in there back garden isn’t there’s… ‘oh that one’ guy goes to check and there it is… got an apology And I walked away fairly bewildered at the whole situation haha
I’ve had very similar, left a parcel in a tiny garden - one of those small yards with fake grass, yard measured about 10 feet square! The only item of garden furniture was a small white storage box and a bench. Left it in the box and left a P739 clearly stating ‘in white box in garden.’ Complaint comes in. A few days later I encounter said recipient ‘oh, we didn’t know which box you meant....’
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

Why do you have to keep putting this rubbish through my letterbox?? Is there anyway that you can stop posting it?
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

739’d and next day hauled into the office so I asked for the work place coach to sit in. The Dom had to concede I hadn’t done anything wrong but then tried to pick on me for few days after. Usual RM practice when you win an argument
