Conduct coded for not working hard enough??

I heard a colleague of mine was threatened with this today, is it possible?

They were at it hammer and tongs, pretty upsetting to see really and the union Rep was doing sweet FA i was told

The colleague in question is the hardworking type, (not slow in my opinion) and a nice person not that means anything but lets just say they don't take the pish and always try their best every day.

The colleague reckons the screw has a personal issue with them as the walk they had was removed in the revision.

The colleague has recently signed for the duty (rural) and it has since gone through a revision which has added 100+ drops to it and apparently the person can't achieve 50% of it which the screw thinks is a conduct code issue ( Rep agrees, 50% "is a reasonable request")

Thoughts? I thought it was disgraceful the way the screw went about it, verged on bullying and harassment in my opionion.

Why are you only criticising the screw an not the rep..

Both, thought I'd made that clear to be honest. Rep was a disgrace.

Hopefully somebody will stand against him an get him out no doubt he has a handy duty.

put in bullying and harassment case against com ask for proper test of job feet on the ground start on time finish on time take breaks do D2Ds o Monday's and don't worry about it job's deal now not worth going the extra mile anymore

Is a good question which I have no idea on!

Manager has said its a reasonable request for you to do 50% and if you can't we will conduct code you.

On paper that sounds reasonable but when you analyse it being a rural with added drops due to joke revisions and then being told to prioritise tracked which means cutting off certain points to make sure they are done it slowly becomes a impossible task.

Ive probably missed other factors out as to why it can't be done like prep all d2d on a Monday - later out etc etc
Oh and 'Jack' can do 50% and more no problem they said

I think nor does the manager because there isn’t one. So the revision happens and suddenly people are not fit for the job, not the revision is wrong.

What happens when your colleague is day off or annual leave? Always a good barometer to see how much the cover person can do by comparison?

What's the previous duty holder achieved as being unable to complete 50% of a duty, after a week or so of doing it, does seem a bit odd, anything less than 75% would raise eyebrows in my own DO.

Not in ours - walk pairings bringing back way more than 25% is pretty much the norm given the 'additional workload' and the DPR routes are failing left right and centre. It's like Christmas in May.

Can’t complete since the revision hardly. Too big.
