I think this really is the end, we will get some closure I think this time, don't think it will be good news though tbh.
i really hope, so i have had enough of this crap now - i just want a decent pay off and i am off !
That isn't even on the table is it? We have just had VR's go, I don't think any pay offs will be forthcoming sadly.
sorry i mean administration ! being a bit selfish i know but £10 k would be very handy for me !
Oh right I get you now! I'd be nterested in that too but I don't see it sadly.

Well if it is that good a deal for us why would management be pushing you to push your union for it?
Simple thing is there is no deal and why should we listen to those who oppress us all.
Guess we will shall have to wait and see what will happen in the coming days!

Genuine question how many more pivotal days can we have in this dispute?
I fullly support my union. I really appreciate the updates. But seriously, it's time to cut back on the drama.

But it is interesting to watch one part of management actively conspire against another part.

If there's not a BIG improvement on Royal Mail's last "offer" I will vote no.

From what Rm are saying all the bits that dont need union agreement they are doing anyway,( new starter contracts, sick pay attendance times) so the votes really on do you want to accept a payrise?

Take the deal
Haven't seen it yet.

If it's the same as RM's last threat - sorry, "offer" - then no chance

We've pivoted so many times in a row I think we've executed a complete loop and are facing the same direction we started. Which sounds about right.
The machine stops.

Inappropriate.
At the end of the day you are just postmen [sic].You deserve nothing more than what's been offered and probably a lot less.
