Putting words into my mouth will not tolerate saying i said this and that when I did not. Saying now they were suggestive after failing to find the necessary link that does not exist, still does not change the facts as suggestive is subjective opinion, not fact, Nothing but pit bull mentality that has bitten on the ass.
The only words I have 'put in your mouth' are your own words

The only bark he has is falling of the rotting edifice that he created out of the expanse of our network and endangering it further to line his silk pockets !

We’re all ready doing 1 hour more delivery than last year having to cut off or claim plus we now start at 715 and finish on longs at 310, this has all gone through with reps approval so what is the point of strike it’s already started to change and no union can or wants to do anything about it
How are you doing 1 hr more delivery? 1 hr less prep? How long is your delivery? If it's not more than 5hrs I'd stop complaining. Those start finish times are what we've had for 5-6yrs so I guess you've had it easy and are just catching up.
Had it easy oh here we go you fool, can’t you read i said we cut off or claim as it’s impossible to do and yes we have less ips as they want you out earlier to do walk which now takes 6 hours but no doubt you have it worse and it probably have a 7 hour walk you hero

So just work your hrs. From what you are saying you have less than an hr to prep, bag and load up which is crazy. I was just saying you were complaining about your times getting later when many other offices have had those sort of times for 10 yrs.

What about commit to deliver they have no agreement yet how would you deal with that?

No one will vote yes if committ to deliver is in the deal. That goes without saying. Who would say yes to working for free??

They could also impose that you have to come to work and wear your underpants on the outside, super hero style......but it's unlikely. No chance of them forcing in committ to deliver, there'd be mass walkouts with un workable deliveries now since revisions (and in some cases before).
I think people are unhappy with the Union because they are floundering. When a company is doing as bad as we are, striking may lead to total job losses so they are flummoxed as to what to do. Their usual weapon of choice hasn't worked nor will it in the future. They just have to get the best they can and as far as I can see they're making a long drawn out hash of it. Put the deal on the table to the members. If they think it's good enough, then it is. We're all adults. Well most on here are most of the time at least.

The deal is in the making we can all take the piss just as you have time is on our side why rush a deal your delusional if you think negotiations can be done at light speed. I Know this it is not just the time agreeing this but making a cast iron agreement! But agreements are only as good as those who up hold them and challenge the employer we need spartacus!
