How is it going to be balanced when someone leaves the business? You owe us x amount as you only worked through the summer this year or we owe you x amount as you worked the winter for us?

Just seems unworkable to me, with many people being moved to different deliveries on a daily basis etc, managers won't be able to keep track an no one in their right mind would trust what's input on to the managers compooter

They will take it out of your final weeks salary or any outstanding annual leave

Annual Leave is calculated on contracted hours. That does not change with flexi time

It sounds like you'll always owe them if it's done as described, so you could leave and your last paycheck could be decimated.

The time is now, as that is part of their proposal. We've already been told to stay out and complete, when there is an OT ban on.

Lapsing at ours is no longer lapsing it's part of the duty. More of the duty.'proper' gets left or brought back now
