Knock too loud.

Slipped for a special. "y u no try neighbour?!"

Used a concrete path linking two properties. Accused of walking over their garden. *It's a f***ing path*.

Wet mail. I'm unsure how people don't understand that if you let it dry before opening it, it's going to be fine. Perhaps a little wrinkly.

Didn't leave a slip. I didn't have a parcel for them.

Didn't use the 'ring' bell. I didn't use it because if they don't answer a knock, they'll tell me to safeplace it, so I'll just... safeplace it. Why add another 30 seconds of lag to get told what I already know to do? Even better when the reception on the bell is so poor I can barely make out 1 syllable in 10.

I'm "late". Really, just f**k off. Aside specials and the new tracked timers I don't need to follow a strict timer for, The mail ain't late til the next day. 7am, 7pm, it's on time. Businesses are bad for this, despite being able to get timed deliveries, just don't want to pay for what is an unusual and costly service to provide.

I've not had any complaints but if we ever do start delivering post again I'd expect som would be annoyed that they're getting post too often!

"Letterboxes are for letters not parcels you stupid idiot, that's why they are called letterboxes! Leave my parcels in the newspaper tube, that's what it is there for!"

Knocked too hard
Didn't knock hard enough
Didn't wait long enough I was at the top of the garden
Why didn't you wait I was only 5 minutes away in the car, of course we are mind readers!!
2 complaints for not delivering any mail, when the house never gets any mail to deliver.
Why did you put a card through, I was in all day...card said DPD!!
Why didn't you leave my parcel at number 15, like the note on the door said. When number 15 refused and said they can eff off, I'm sick of taking parcels for next door.

Placed a packet hanging half way out of the letter box. ( downstairs in the foyer ) Took the photo and then pushed through the slot. Confirmed the photo and went on my way. Next day there was a complaint from customer care, the woman who said I'd left it hanging out of the letter box. Even the line manager, who started a year after me back up her complaint. Just how do you deliver it?

Haha, bet she got the delivery confirmation email whilst at work, had a look and then complained, obviously after first posting the photo on Facebook and Twitter with a wtf type comment.

Annoying thing is customer services and even the manager should be aware of how the new system works if it's a postable item and confirmed that it was in fact pushed through after taking the photo.

I wouldn't mind, but the manager has done every job in the office that I've done (postie wise), except the nights. So she should know better.
