Outstanding holiday pay

Hi everyone
I left Royal Mail earlier this month after 16 years service
I’m still owed 140 hours of holidays which I couldn’t take
These are carry over days , built up from years of not being able to book odd days due staff Shortages
It was agreed AL could be carried over each year
It seems RM have no intention of paying me …is there anything I can do ? Any advice please

I’m in same situation as I have just left. But I paid for my holiday that I didn’t take. Where does that leave me ?
