Richie24:
Fill this in. Tell it like it is.
I have, neither Management or the union executive come out well in mine.
There has been far too much apathy from the union for years.
Just say your bit. Tell it like it is.

Re: Revision Feedback
understaffed as hell.....
Total disregard for the USO.
No signs of getting the staff we need. In fact - the union rep and management have said we aren't getting any increase in staff numbers whatsoever.
Fill the form in, though I don't know why we need to - most of us have reps that should be reporting the facts to the CWU head office.

As I said the union executive have been so lax on this. Our area reps just said let it fail .
Well that's gone well

Re: Revision Feedback
The CWU should organise a different feedback.
An opportunity for employees from all the different delivery offices to put on a formal record ;
If they have been told to prioritise parcels in periods outside industrial action, with details.
If PDA OA have been used inappropriately, and how.
This information should be presented to the Business Committee to put an end to these team leaders, once and for all.

Re: Revision Feedback
Absolute waste of f@#king time,,lost this dispute from day 1,,as another poster has noted our union is the most f@#king useless inept clownshow in the whole of the UK.
F@#k up after f@#k up,,they seem to be still living in the 1970's/80's, tell me when was the last time Ward & co actually paid a visit to a D.O or the shop floor,,as they must think we've all got 300 call walks with 6 packets,,I reckon they haven't set foot in an office for over 30+ years,,utterly out of touch clowns

Re: Revision Feedback
There's been too many revisions the last 20 years or so, the job was at rock bottom before this dispute started, more revisions will just make the majority of them impossible to complete, on any given day.Yumyum wrote: ↑15 Mar 2023, 10:22Absolute waste of f@#king time,,lost this dispute from day 1,,as another poster has noted our union is the most f@#king useless inept clownshow in the whole of the UK.

Re: Revision Feedback
Feedback ? Just take photos of the mountain of mail & parcels that their revision HAS caused. Plaster it across the papers and let people see how bad things are. Wardy will say the photos are made up and the revision IS working well. This campaign feels like the biggest reversal in history IF CWU fall for the company going bust claims, and no longer mention the millions given away AND management bonuses. Give up

Re: Revision Feedback
While I think this is or sounds like a positive step. Another voice in my head is saying that the most positive voice for we Posties, has not been our Union.
Darren Jones MP has done more for us in a few months than our entire union executive has achieved (not) in years n years.
Wake up.

For every decent rep there are many other bent reps that don't report the facts to the CWU head office. What Royal Mail will most likely do is to still push through a revision but not on the initial scale that they were after. In this way, the union will hail this as some sort of a victory in the negotiations.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
