It sounds selfish but personally as long as it’s still 37hrs I don’t mind starting later just as long as it’s not 10am. I used to have pride in the job and still do to a degree but I just come in now and work till my finish time and forget about work till the next morning. A pay rise like you suggested again I’m ok with.

People take this job way too personally. If we get the pay rise like you suggested and they don’t try and make you basically live at work like working Sundays and nights I’m ok with that

I think a lot of them have shares and ulterior motives about pensions and stuff. I agree though I barely care about the company at all now and I’m still there.

Can they offer more flexibility in working hours. I'd like to do somewhere between a 25 and 30 hour working week over 4 days.
