Due to planned changes, my duty is to be taken away.
I've been working as a reserve (again) since January this year.
now it turned out that the changes will be stopped, does it mean that I should go back to my duties?
today I had to work somewhere else and someone from another office did my duty.
For me, this situation is very unfair.
I don't have anyone from the union because the representative was suspended.
please help.

unfair yes but the manager can do what they want. all royal mail has gone to the dogs ,just go in take ur breaks and work to your time

Find out who your area IR rep is and get his / her email address. Explain the situation as it does seem unfair that you should move to another office if there is a vacant duty at your office.
The whole "stop the revision" thing is very much up in the air right now. Around my area they are just steaming ahead as usual.

I've lost my round too in our office after being on it for over 10 years, it's now lapsed. I'm off this week but when I go back on Monday I'm on a van share. My question is am I entitled to insist that I get training as I'm pretty sure it will not be offered to me.

Well at my place there's no training whatsoever for shared rounds. Apparently we can just be pointed in the right direction by our partner. Oh yeah, and just 'follow the mail'.
