Frame f__ked up@ back from sick @ revison started and 140 calls added / squeezed into what was a firms delivery ie loads of mail for firms on a huge industrial estate.
Spoke to manager and rep both shrugged their shoulders unbelievable @ frame is not fit for purpose @ delaying me getting out on delivery @ argument every morning

I sympathize with you 100% . Everyone is different. I have a set way of working and an environment that suits me. I can't stand chaos and untidiness. Some people would be happy living and working in a pigsty. It's just the way I am. The managers probably don't give a F@@@ because chances are they've never done a delivery in their lives , and can't relate to other people's needs and emotions.... that's why they become managers in the first place. Thick as mud and I'm guessing very overweight good luck

Exactly same boat as you I've went from having no double slots to all double slots and it's a pain in the ass my frames smaller but has more houses now,so no room for my packets d2d etc.Very affluent area conde nast gardener's world national trust and every other thick magazine... Grrr

At least you've got frames, a few DOs now, based on forum posts have had all their frames removed!

Our revision went in over a year ago and it's been a total f**k up ever since, people leaving every week, walks to big , don't get out to gone 10 everyday. A lot of people just don't give a s**t anymore the managers don't give a f**k so we don't either work to time bring it back let them worry about it because I for one couldn't give a toss about it anymore life's too short to worry about the s**t show Thompson and his cronies have created

Thats the attitude,f**k them it's their mess, work your hours go home repeat the next day quite quitting i believe some people call it I've been doing it for long time now.

Could always prep 2 walk frame with my eyes shut, now total shambles. As with others, no room to breathe, pkts used to be tidy organised - just a mess. Double slots on mine (911 houses) whilst the other frame (600) has single slots mainly, this happens when management do the changes, no CWU/staff involvement, no idea of the frames or actual roads. Yawn show me the data again for a laugh Let them get on with it and get their blood money, I think it'll backfire soon.
