Later start times for myself is being caught up in the rush hour traffic getting into work.

I can no longer get into the flats as the service button is only active till 12pm, so submit inaccessible in most parcels on the PDA and take it out the next day. Caught out in the school traffic coming back from delivery. This has not made anything easier.

Do you press the buzzer of the people that have mail/parcels?
Surely, most of the time, at least one will answer and let you in.

if the person is in but if there not there's not much point

How do you know that they're not in unless you buzz them?
