Grievance forms

Heard on the rumour mill that members are putting grievance forms in against the revisions en masse. Is this happening in your office?

Not heard that however does a mass signed up letter from all the office addressed to the COMS count as one? because that's what happened at ours on Monday.

If you log a grievance in the normal manner , ie - phoning HR to log it , they will ask you if this is a grievance in connection to an office revision. If this is the case they will explain that all grievances connected too or as part of the revision are being logged on a spreadsheet and will then be assessed accordingly
This is due to the volume of calls they've had regarding concerning office revisions , and they are unable to deal with them all individually as per normal process
Doesn't mean that the grievance won't be dealt with though, they are simply collating all grievances under this remit and that the investigation time will be longer than normal .
They still take details of each grievance as pet normal process too.
Currently they have over 800 grievances on this spreadsheet 😔
Speaks volumes doesn't it

Will be added to a week Monday at my MC when casuals are called in to perform duties whilst 12 of us are Supernumerary as according to our shift manager there is not enough work for all of us on the shift
