What if......?
What if RM had offered a half decent pay rise, kept terms and conditions more or less the same, involved the workers in revisions and got duties properly doable, would RM be making a decent profit and have kept the business on a positive footing?

I never said make jobs bigger. I'm also in my 50s and our van share job is currently just ok on light days. But like many , a revision looms and its sure to become undoable all the time

This is the problem "just ok on light days" which when translated by the slymans mob equates to "needs more added it to until there are no light days and every days undoable. Start time, finish time until they make it doable and that means all of us!! I have no interest in hearing about the mail dropping and how quiet everything is, in my office it isnt like that and we have just had a revision so its not pleasant with other posties going over every day. They complain, but havent the sense to complain to the Dom/Dim or tell them they are just working until their time. If theres one thing this dispute has taught me, if you dont do something about it they will just keeping piling it onto you.
