No. It just says people will be given vr on a seniority basis, as per MTSF.

Not all MTSF terms apply. The joint statement only refers to seniority criteria, nothing else. Sorry.
Been told today it's offered based on seniority, and the severance pay will be 9 months wages. No £6000 enhancement as advertised in the original fishing exercise.
