What was you expecting ? Union said previously a deal can’t be done until suspensions/ EA were addressed. Deal should now be agreed within 10 days , fine by me.

It's not being pulled, really. It's just been endorsed by the Union.

RM still set the parameters. So what happens now is RM say "we need to lose x hours" and your rep shows them the best way to do it.
