Ward and the lads are just pontificating in a meeting room on how they can spin their latest screw up to somehow look positive.

Big sell out pay deal agreement to be announced tonight, 2yr deal with no back dated payrise,
all revision activity will continue due to dire financial situation of the company and the need to modernise & enhance our ways of working, we appeal to everyone to please try and be as "flexible" as you can with regard to later start & finish times & remember "everyone" has a "tug at the heart strings" sob story as to why they should get to 'stay the same"
Some people have to pick their dog up from the psychiatrist dont'cha know!

Well it's 5pm the close of the business day and we've been told nothing despite being told two days ago that we would have an update today 'at the latest'.
How ironic that the union calling itself the Communication Workers Union is so bloody rubbish at communicating!

I didn't expect a complete agreement announcement today let's be (crystal Ward Trademark) clear on that.

I did expect action around the EA that's happening all over the place, I can't believe they have entered 'intensive' talks  with this hanging over the members heads, an absolute disgrace that this has been allowed to happen.

Yeah let's sit down for 3 weeks of chit chat whilst we f### the members up the backside.

A disgrace.

It’ll be bad news and whenever they deliver bad news they have to prepare the script to make sure they cover themselves in glory. Ward and the postal executive committee are master strategists in their own eyes and are completely infallible. If they have failed again it won’t be their fault, probably trying to find a way to blame Rishi Sunak.

Looks from the silence it's neither "deal of the century" nor "fight of our lives".

Talks continuing I reckon. As are the daily beatings dished out by RM to posties.

Talks will continue, however we are unable to give you any details just yet due to the delicate nature of the talks.
Meanwhile the EA action will continue to be ushered through.
