The HR number on the back of the payslip (0345 6060603) says press # for:
1) My Bundle
2) External organisations
3) Recruitment
4) Pay enquiries
5) PSP / PCM
6) Occupational health
7) Grievance
Is there a phone number to speak to HR about none of the above?
I've called them a couple of years ago, and I'm sure there was more suitable options.
I'm specifically wanting to check on RM meal break policy for posties working about 6 hours, since I've been told different things by my union rep (20 mins on a Tuesday), my manager (10 mins on a Tuesday) and this forum+a CWU booklet from 2018 (30 mins).
Plus I'd like to check if I was given a Stage 1 for being off with covid in 2021 (I was initially incorrectly given one, which I was told was removed, but I'd like to check anyway).
There must be a way to speak to a human at HR about none-of-the-above? I tried Pay Enquiries, which didn't seem too relevant to my question, but was maybe the best option, but it's only open 9am-2pm, which isn't great for deliveries.

Way Forward Agreement, break time is related to the attendance hours you do on the day, so for 5 - 7 hours is 30 minutes.
Have you tried asking your question about the stage via the people app? Your request goes directly through
to someone who should reply. I've asked a couple of questions through the FAQ's that didn't fit a category
directly and got an answer (one was about Success Factors and the other about deductions) and got answers
within a couple of days.

Thank you, I did that. HR confirmed what I'd been told on this forum was correct, it was a 30 minute break.yellowbelly wrote: ↑28 Feb 2023, 17:58Have you tried asking your question about the stage via the people app? Your request goes directly through

Not sure why the manager and union rep were giving different answers.
