Well is it just one or two Simon Thompson says it is a few and these posters telling us all are rouge ones too so to be clear here we need a percentage ie a figure as to the extent of the problem in each office.
so say 1 out of 5 is 20%
and 4 out of 5 is 80%
Because every office has more or less staff and managers so we will go with 6 OPTIONS
The definition of rogue is as clear as Mr Thompson's answers so lets be clear on this.
Interesting to note they used the trust survey to justify their actions let this be a definitive post of the true feelings of the workforce.

A lot of the things that go on in delivery offices usually aren't documented but certain postie's in the past would get pulled up and called into the managers office and conducted whilst other postie's weren't.

Things like the wilful delay of the mail which in the past was something that RM was very strict on.

Our managers are mostly very pale, not rouge, probably from sitting indoors so much.

Now if you mean rogue managers then just over half.

If i told you how many of them were rogue and how many cook the books ,lie,cheat and every dogey thing they do they would know who i am and stitch me up and get me sacked just like many before me,i've never known such a bunch of shisters in all my life.

we have a fairly set of meek, pleasant line managers not really cut out for what they are being asked to do. They are clearly stressed and upset about whats going on, sometimes in tears. In contrast to a few years back, we had some battleaxes who would have no problem carrying out current needs.

Well, the last trust survey was completed by over 90% of staff in my office apparently.
Yet, all the staff I asked have said they refused to do the survey. No doubt, my manager spent most of his evenings at home filling them out on our behalf.

And you would think a fit and proper person would be able to supply answers to MP's when running a public service and business but there you go!
