"Royal Mail don't prioritise tracked parcels" according to Thompson, but if you bring some back at the end of your shift after not having time to deliver them the managers gasp and hurry to find someone to deliver them on overtime, no matter the size of them or number of them - the tracked parcels will be delivered, but the mail you brought back is just ignored until the next day.

This is going to be the best comedy I have ever seen.

Since the last time Thompson was in parliament the MPs must have had a shed load of whistle blowers contacting them.

They should be questioning Thompson on....

- The cynical understaffing of offices = delayed mail.

- The revisions they are now bringing in where they are adding large chunks to delivery rounds making it impossible to deliver = delayed mail.

- The harassment/banning of union reps.

- The prioritisation of parcels - including more evidence.
