Do you?

I’ve still got the PM you sent me littered with abuse & name calling. You need to drop the Mr nice guy act,it doesn’t work
That was in response to a post you made 2 years ago when I simply asked for help.

A fantasist is what he is. It was only a few weeks back he was saying how easy the job was. Now he’s on here asking advice on how to perform the simplest of tasks! I bet he still hasn’t been slung on permanent afternoons either, despite supposedly overhearing a conversation between his DOM & union rep saying all PT’s were going to be forced to do just that!

I’m going to try & leave him alone now as I’m actually embarrassed for the fella....

Not exactly a nice guy yourself mate, and yet your still bullying me 2 years on.

I put my view across without resorting to name calling, then defend that point of view if challenged, isnt that what a forum is for?
You put the same point of view across over again and again in response to any thread no matter the subject,

You do not defend that point of view in any coherent manner, you simply reiterate it knowing that it will draw a reaction. If people get frustrated with attempting to debate with you and call you names you pull the bullying card.

We get it, we got it three years ago.
You're just trolling.
It's extremely tedious.
No, that's not what a forum is for.
So because I agree with a lot of what the company is trying to do to keep the business afloat im a troll?

This was posted on an open forum for all to see. Had I broken the rules I would have been banned.

You constantly play the victim card yet resort to sending snidey PM’s. Strange behaviour. Very strange

No, because you keep saying the same s**t over and over again in order to draw a reaction you're a troll.

Do try to keep up.

IM off.

Ive had 2 years of abuse from certain members on here and at times have snapped back.

Thanks to the mods youve all been wonderful and very supportive during these instances so thankyou for that.

Seems the forum is only open to people with one point of view and anyone different isnt allowed to speak for fear of being called a troll or just generally abused.

Genuinely sorryy to the other users on here who have seen thread after thread being taken off topic when view have been challenged.

Hopefully the CWU/RM agreement will get sorted without the kind of biterness on here and this forum wont be required any longer.

Cheers. :wave

How many threads do we lock and what's the point? , it'll only start on another.
The best thing to do is just move on.

To get back on topic since it's now obvious from the vote that the majority of the staff have not bought into their narrative have the union busting consultants got the boot?

2yearpostie gets a buzz from winding people up then whines when they react but what's the cause and effect there?
He sure does. Solution: add foe. So many people online these days that just can't bear to not take part in the outrage.

This thread was about a hugely positive show of support by the membership in its union.

It has been swallowed up by the deliberate negativity of a few individuals multiple posting different versions of the same s**t.

That's what's ruining this site.
Can you not understand people being negative? We had a similarly impressive Yes vote last year, had god knows how many days on the line, losing £1000s and now we are back at square one, only with the threat of revisions and EA this time round. If progress appeared to be being made, then I would be all aboard the positivity train, but all I see is an industry in decline, less revenue being generated and no realistic way to achieve what a vast majority on here clearly want.

I’m not a ‘power to the people’ revolutionary, like many of those on here (the ‘WE SHOULD JUST GO OUT AND STAY OUT!’ And the ‘IM STRIKING TILL I GET A 12% BACKDATED RAISE!’) I am a pragmatist. Unless the business adjusts, we aren’t going to generate the money needed to fund a raise. Mail is ridiculously down in my office. I am having to finish my Monday prepped D2Ds on a Saturday as by then I have a good 40% left. That is as low a call rate as I have ever seen at this time of year. I deliver to a wealthy area, and even there people are not spending money on online products. This is a small sample size, granted, but I’d be amazed (bulk postings aside) if people nationwide are not seeing similar, presuming they aren’t *still* clearing the backlog.

Now this is a fair comment I feel. I don’t agree with those demanding a pay rise with no changes to working practises. Sorry. Just a realist. Not a manager.

If you have 40% of your D2Ds left at the end of the week, then you obviously aren’t delivering your D2Ds to every door on your walk. What the heck does that have to do with mail levels? You are supposed to go to every door to deliver vital advertising literature.
